E-commerce for icelandic-skincare
Product design
In 2020 the Icelandic spa Blue Lagoon launched their skincare products. This project was first approached with the launch of their Spa line e-commerce followed by the Premium line e-commerce in 2021.
Designing dual e-commerce platforms within one system presented a unique challenge, requiring meticulous planning to balance the distinct needs of the Spa and Deluxe product lines while maintaining a shared checkout flow.
Coordinating with teams from various companies and regions, including content (Iceland) and development (Italy), I took on the role of an unofficial project manager, ensuring a consistent user experience across both platforms.
